Support4Hope User Agreement

1. You agree not to alter, change, copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, any content such as logo's, illustrations, pictures, text, articles, sound, names, and or but not limited to trademarks of Support4Hope.com or its affiliates without prior written permission from the Owner and/or Administrative Director. Content herein is presented for your personal viewing and is not to be reproduced without the written consent. Nor used for any commercial purposes.
2. Support4Hope will provide to the public information, facts and opinions from various individuals and organizations.

   This information is supplied for your entertainment and educational purposes. THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIFIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ADVERTISERS OR THEIR PRODUCT. ONLY EXCEPTIONS ARE THOSE MANDATED BY LAW OF THE UNITED STATES GOVERMENT AND THE STATE OF TENNESSEE. We accept no responsibility for opinions or postings of individuals and reserve the right, BUT NOT RESPONSIBLE, to remove any content posted by such as we deem necessary to maintain the best interest of Support4Hope and its affiliates to provide a top quality site for our viewers.

You agree not to post nor transmit any material that may be deemed as illegal, including but not limited to that which is threatening, abusive, hurtful, obscene, harassing, defamatory, nor any material that is racial or ethnically or otherwise objectionable. This includes but not limited to the Chat rooms, Forums, and Message boards. You agree not to post any information that may be deemed illegal by any governmental organization nor violate the rights of others. YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH POSTINGS AND HOLD SUPPORT4HOPE AND ITS AFFILIATES HARMLESS IN ANY SUCH POSTINGS. AND YOU WILL BE BARRED FROM ANY FURTHER ACCESS TO OUR SITE AND SERVICES. We are under no obligation to review such posting or transmissions, but reserve the right to do so and remove any material we find in violation to any rules or laws or not in the best interest of our clients nor Support4Hope in general. You agree that we cannot control the content or the opinion of others therefore, we only monitor these as a service of courtesy to our viewers to assist in quality of the site but is under no obligation to do so.
4. Your use of the Service and the Sites is at your own risk. SUPPORT4HOPE INC. NOR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES OR LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE AND THE SITES AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICE AND THE SITES OR ARISING OUT OF ANY ACTION TAKEN IN RESPONSE TO, OR AS A RESULT OF ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICE AND THE SITES. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST SUPPORT4HOPE ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES RISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND THE SITES AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE THEREON.
5. Any material you post that is done so with in the guidelines set forth in this User Agreement shall be deemed to become property of Support4Hope and is under our discretion and you grant us the sole rights to edit, copy, reproduce, and publish any such material that is within these guidelines.
6. We accept no responsibilities for any content of any sites linked to Support4Hope and you link to these sites at your own risk.
7. We gather information for use of registration and our own business purposes. All information furnished for registration for Support4Hope business will be held confidential and private. Please see our Privacy Policy on this matter. Any personal information you voluntarily disclose to others through your public postings you do so at your own risk. Support4Hope accepts no responsibility of any such postings. We do advise you NOT to release this type information such as, Real Name, Address, Phone number, personal photos, family information or anything that may release your location or identity to the public. Any of this you release you accept full responsibility for. (This is merely an addition to this User agreement for your protection and Support4Hope accepts no responsibility or obligation to further warn you of such postings.)
8. You agree to accept the terms of this user agreement and abide by it as granted by the United States goverment and acknowledge it will be enforced as set forth by the laws of the State Of Tennessee.
